1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Made For You Hub platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users and subscribers.

2. Description of Services

Made For You Hub offers a platform for creating personalized digital tributes, including:

  • Creating personalized tribute websites
  • Photo upload and storage
  • Content hosting with custom subdomain
  • Editing and customization tools
  • Sharing via link and QR Code

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide true and accurate information
  • Keep your credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately about unauthorized use

3.2. Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities performed on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

4. Payment

4.1. Plans and Pricing

  • Prices are described on the plans page
  • Charges are processed via Stripe (credit card) and Mercado Pago (PIX)
  • One-time payment: 30-day plan or lifetime plan (no automatic renewals)
  • Applicable taxes will be added when necessary

4.2. Renewal

  • No automatic renewal: the 30-day plan expires automatically at the end of the period and the lifetime plan does not expire

4.3. Payment Failure

If a payment fails, your site may be suspended until resolved. We will attempt to charge again automatically.

4.4. Inactivity and Archiving

The Lifetime plan guarantees site hosting as long as there is activity. Sites without visits or dashboard login for a period exceeding 12 months will be considered inactive and may be temporarily archived for resource optimization.

The user will be notified 30 days before archiving. To reactivate your site at any time, simply contact us at support@madeforyouhub.com at no additional cost.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5.1. Data Collected

  • Registration data: name, email, phone (when provided)
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe and Mercado Pago (we do not store card data)
  • Usage data: uploaded photos, created content, access data
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device

5.2. Purpose of Processing

  • Providing and improving contracted services
  • Processing payments and issuing invoices
  • Communication about your site and platform updates
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Security and fraud prevention

5.3. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Confirm the existence of data processing
  • Access your personal data
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of data
  • Request data portability
  • Revoke consent at any time

5.4. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared only with: payment processors (Stripe, Mercado Pago), hosting services (Supabase, Vercel), and when required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5.5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, respecting legal retention periods. After service termination, data may be anonymized or deleted as requested.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Publish illegal, offensive, defamatory or inappropriate content
  • Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Upload content with viruses or malicious code
  • Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to access systems or accounts of other users
  • Reverse engineer or copy our platform
  • Use bots or automation without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute our services

7. User Content

6.1. Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish on the platform. By uploading, you grant us a license to host, store and display your content as necessary to provide the services.

6.2. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and guarantee that you have the necessary rights to publish it.

6.3. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is considered inappropriate, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, including design, code, logos, trademarks and features, is the property of Made For You Hub and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our express written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will be available without interruptions
  • All errors will be corrected
  • The service will meet all your specific requirements

We will not be liable for:

  • Data or content loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions
  • Actions of third parties

10. User Warranties

You warrant that:

  • All information provided is truthful
  • You have authorization to use all content you publish
  • You will not violate third-party rights
  • You will comply with all applicable laws

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Made For You Hub harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Violation of these terms
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Your published content

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these terms
  • There is fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • We receive a court order
  • Your payment fails repeatedly

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through your registered email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
